Aleksandar and his coach, Ole Stougaard, have organized their first training camp at Samsø.
They did not have luck with the weather (it was -10C) but they made it up with fun, learning and cakes.

Some of the themes explored were Pose Running (as Ole has a close relationship with Pose founder Nicholas Romanov) and breathing tips [...]

Many triathlon team triathletes have compared their strengths in races but this is certainly a very interesting combination:
Aleksandar and Dejan will both take part in Challenge Copenhagen 2010.
Challenge Copenhagen seems like it will be a great race and I really like Copenhagen - great people, great triathletes!
Maybe a good chance to visit Copenhagen and cheer [...]

Aleksandar likes coffee. He likes it a lot. He probably has more than he should.
As he said he did must have had more than necessary caffeine when he wrote his Challenge Copenhagen profile.
I think it is great fun and understanding his self-ironic humor and attitude, I really appreciate his presence on triathlon scene.
