The foot didnt hurt and didnt bleed on the bike, but it DID bleed on the run!
I could say i’m satisifed with 3rd, but a picture tells a thousands words. Next time.

That is Dejan and he is being fed coconut bz his coach, Jani.
I am not sure if I want to know whats going there…
Just thought it is a good diversion from all the results – not sure if so much focus on results is good.

Either way, both seem to be loving it. Coconut and all…
Perhaps to be replaced with Gavin’s “real cowboy” picture of Fraser.
