With Conrad, just like with all the other triathletes in the team, I have to be super efficient with communication. I have to do client work, my other stuff and I also have to have a life besides the work. Stuff triathletes do online, no matter what, it is always lower priority than racing and training, and has to get around the rest of their lives.
I learned to grab any moment I can get to talk to them.
There is always million things to decide: starting with smallest details and ending with stuff we plan years ahead (daydreaming of world domination!).
I love it and it is super fun…
